GovSeeker is a web SaaS that monitors SAM.gov for government procurement opportunities, filters by your persona and NAICS codes, and alerts you to relevant contracts in real time.

Federal government contracting is a massive market — hundreds of billions of dollars in procurement each year. The opportunity is real, but finding the right solicitations in a database the size of SAM.gov is genuinely difficult. GovSeeker is built to do that filtering for you.
What GovSeeker Does
GovSeeker is a web-based SaaS platform that monitors SAM.gov — the US federal government's official procurement database — and surfaces solicitations relevant to your business. Rather than manually searching SAM.gov every day, you configure GovSeeker with your business profile and let it alert you to opportunities that match.
It's designed for small businesses, independent contractors, and subcontractors who want a slice of government work but lack the dedicated business development staff of larger prime contractors.
Persona-Based Filtering
GovSeeker uses a persona system to understand your business and filter opportunities accordingly. Set your NAICS codes, your business size classification, your socioeconomic certifications (SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone), and your geographic preferences. GovSeeker uses all of this to filter the SAM.gov feed down to solicitations you can actually compete for.
The persona system supports four business types, each with appropriate default filters and opportunity categories. A sole-source IT contractor sees different opportunities than a construction subcontractor, and GovSeeker's filtering reflects that.
Real-Time Opportunity Alerts
New solicitations are posted to SAM.gov continuously. GovSeeker monitors for new postings that match your profile and alerts you as they appear. In federal contracting, response windows can be short — sometimes 10 to 15 days for smaller solicitations. Knowing about an opportunity on day one rather than day seven of that window matters.
Alerts are delivered by email and surfaced in the GovSeeker dashboard. You can configure alert frequency and threshold so you're notified on your terms.
Built for Subcontractors
Many small businesses enter federal contracting as subcontractors to primes rather than competing for prime contracts directly. GovSeeker surfaces not just prime solicitations but also subcontracting opportunities and teaming notices — the kinds of postings that often get overlooked but represent significant entry points for companies new to government work.
