1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StatusPing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StatusPing is an uptime monitoring tool that checks the availability of HTTP/HTTPS endpoints you configure. The App runs checks on your device and notifies you of status changes.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You must only monitor endpoints that you own or have authorization to check.
  • You agree not to use the App to conduct denial-of-service attacks or stress testing against any system.
  • You agree not to configure excessively frequent check intervals against third-party services.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that monitoring will be uninterrupted or that notifications will be delivered in a timely manner. Background check timing depends on Android system scheduling. Use of the App is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of StatusPing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages resulting from missed downtime notifications or inaccurate status reporting.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google's advertising services are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
