By downloading, installing, or using STATIC FM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

STATIC FM is a free, offline pirate radio survival game for Android. You tune your signal, dodge the FCC, and build your city following. All gameplay runs locally on your device; no data is transmitted to any server.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its artwork, audio, and code, is the property of its developers. STATIC FM is a work of fiction — it does not encourage or facilitate actual unlicensed radio broadcasting.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of STATIC FM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of saved game data, resulting from your use of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

STATIC FM does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or external services. No third-party terms apply.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
