By downloading, installing, or using PacketPulse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PacketPulse is a real-time network traffic monitoring tool for Android. It displays active connections, traffic statistics, and network information by reading connection metadata from the Android system.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the network information provided by the App.
  • You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • The App monitors your own device's network connections only. Do not attempt to use it to monitor other devices or networks without authorization.
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding network monitoring in your jurisdiction.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Network data displayed may not be complete or fully accurate. Use of the App is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of PacketPulse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to systems resulting from your use of the App.

6. Network Monitoring

PacketPulse reads network connection metadata from the Android system. It does not perform deep packet inspection, intercept traffic, or modify network data. The accuracy of displayed information depends on the Android system's reporting capabilities.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google's advertising services are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
