By downloading, installing, or using GitPulse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
GitPulse is a GitHub dashboard application for Android that allows you to monitor repositories, pull requests, issues, and notifications. The App communicates directly with the GitHub API using your personal access token.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your GitHub account and the permissions granted via your access token.
- You must comply with GitHub's Terms of Service and API usage policies.
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub access token.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers of GitPulse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to systems resulting from your use of the App.
6. GitHub API
The App relies on the GitHub API, which is subject to rate limits and availability. We are not responsible for GitHub API outages, rate limiting, or changes to the GitHub API that may affect App functionality.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google's advertising services are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
