By downloading, installing, or using GalileoSharp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GalileoSharp is a free, offline Android application that applies five image sharpening algorithms — Unsharp Mask, Laplacian, Fourier, Richardson-Lucy, and Wavelet — to photos on your device. All processing occurs locally; no images or data are transmitted to any server.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the images you process with the App.
• You must have the legal right to use and modify any image you load into the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for backing up your original images before processing.

4. Intellectual Property

The algorithms implemented in GalileoSharp are based on established image processing techniques used in scientific and NASA research. The App software itself is the property of its developers. Your images remain your property.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will produce specific results, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of GalileoSharp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of images, loss of data, or damage resulting from your use of the App. Always keep backups of your original photos.

7. Third-Party Services

GalileoSharp does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or external services. No third-party terms apply.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
